How shall I love thee?


Like the Sun and the Moon uniting
Our love will never be less holy
I bow below my Lord's navel
As he smiles down upon me__
He is my Lord Almighty
I cherish him in all my ways

Like the Sun and the Moon uniting
Blotting out the light of day
I am the lily of the Nile
He is the Bacchus who impregnated me
He is the Sun_I am the Moon
Forever eclipsing in the sky

He follows me around the Universe
Pretending not to look at me
It's just a little game he plays
Until the time is right
Then boldly descends upon me..
Eclipsing me in the sky

Together we are the black dot
which is a night that lasts forever
Only a few seconds to a passer bye
My Lord is gracing me with his presence
All of the Universe must wait__
Until we're done eclipsing
And go on our separate ways

Thus our holy bodies___
Exist solely for our eclipse
Until our interstellar loneliness
Can no longer exist....
Without the thought or touch
Of one another he shares his
Light with me, while I am
On the brink of non existing
We couple in the sky__

I faint upon his lonesome
Chest___until I'm enveloped
Out of sight..our loneliness
Consumes each other until
We blot out the light...
Our romantic eclipsing turns
Daytime into night...A holy
Trist that will no longer wait....
